Learning what social media is available, the help that each platform provides and the generation each appeals to was beneficial. Knowing the costs involved was also extremely useful for a NFP. Applying this knowledge will help us make a more informed decision about using social media.

The training was very engaging as was witnessed by the attention received from the audience. Both presenters have given very valuable insights into the topic with workable strategies to use to gain the outcomes we have in mind.

Shane… did a great job with helping the community group representatives come up with solutions to the subject matter in a short time. Participants were very positive about the format and results of the workshop, and also liked the icebreaker and refresher games that kept everyone engaged.
