>> The information submitted in this application is true, accurate and not misleading to the best of my knowledge

>> All registrations are subject ratification by the Management Committee in order to establish that the applying organisation in no way conflicts with the objectives of Volunteering North Queensland. The Board reserves the right to make the final decision on admission to membership in accordance with Volunteering North Queensland’s Constitution.

>> Membership benefits are available on approval of application at the next management committee meeting which may take up to 5 weeks

>> Volunteer Referral Services can be accessed on pre-approval by VNQ staff as soon as payment of fees has been confirmed

>> Branch offices of an organisation must be members in their own right, unless they share a common ABN

>> Membership fees are not refundable (unless membership is declined)

>> I understand that the information collected here will not be given to any other agency without seeking our permission, except as required or authorised by law.
