The HOPE Leadership Academy is a comprehensive six-month coaching program designed to empower current and emerging leaders in not-for-profit organisations. The program focuses on building personal capacity, emotional intelligence, and leadership skills through a series of group coaching sessions. Each session covers key themes such as personal happiness, developing empowering beliefs, meeting needs resourcefully, supporting lasting change, exploring personal happiness, and planning for success.
H.O.P.E. stands for Happiness, Options, Progress and Empowerment.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Our networking events help the not-for-profit, business and government sectors who want to build socially responsible/value adding partnerships by reducing the gap between the sectors and providing a platform for conversations to start.
Our training workshops help community organisations looking to train and upskill their staff and volunteers to perform their roles. We do this by reducing training costs and tailoring the training calendar to identified community needs.
Training topics are diverse including governance, leadership, marketing, finances, volunteer management and skills workshops.
Our Volunteer Management training supports busy volunteer managers and co-ordinators to run attractive and effective volunteer programs by providing a toolbox of ideas, resources and peer connections.
